The Information Systems and Business Analytics (ISBA) department at the College of Business Administration, Loyola Marymount in inviting candidates for the anticipated opening tenure-track position at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor. Candidates should possess skillsets in the Information Systems and Business Analytics area with particular emphasis in the area of operations and supply chain analytics. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas (along with operations and supply chain analytics): Blockchain, IoT and Cloud Computing.
Candidates should demonstrate potential for conducting high quality research as well as teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in the Information Systems and Business Analytics. Candidates should be interested in collaborating on interdisciplinary research and teaching a diverse set of courses in the operations and business analytics area. Teaching duties would include teaching existing courses and developing new courses in business analytics, operations management and supply chain analytics. Candidates need to have completed or are expecting to complete a Ph.D. in Operations and Supply Chain, Management Science, Information Systems or a related field from an AACSB-accredited institution prior to the official start date.
