Position Summary: This individual is accountable to the Director of Electrical Engineering and Operations. The role of this individual is to manage all aspects of the Operations Department. The Operations Department includes all electric line crews, service crews, warehouse, and garage. The managers and supervisors of each of these departments will report directly to the Operations Manager. The Operations Manager is to provide direction and leadership to the managers and supervisors within the Operations Department.   The position is responsible and accountable for the safe and reliable delivery of electricity, in compliance with regulatory requirements and with an eye toward ensuring future sustainability of operations.
