The Director of Emergency Management (DEM) will report to The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP)’s Chief Executive Officer and Chief Engineer and will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive disaster management strategies and ensuring our readiness for an emergency.
