Summary   Position will be open until filled.  First review of applications begins May 27, 2025   PURPOSE OF ROLE:The Customer Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Valley Metro Customer Service Department. This position leads a dedicated team delivering outstanding service to Valley Metro riders. The role is key to creating excellent customer experiences by ensuring timely and effective responses to questions, concerns, and issues related to fares, routes, schedules, and service disruptions — in support of Valley Metro’s mission of connecting communities and enhancing lives.
