We are seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Project Manager in our Design Group at our Kansas City, MO location.  Experience in Private Land Development is highly desirable.

Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an accredited college or university

·         Registered Professional Engineer with 4 or more years of experience in Kansas or Missouri

·         10 years minimum of related skills and experience in the development field

·         Computer skills in Word, Excel, Bluebeam, MS Project, Civil 3D, ArcGIS Pro 

·         Ability to work well with, coach and direct others with different personalities and professional styles

·         Proven ability to establish and maintain client relationships

·         Strong communication skills

·         Ability to plan and deliver effective oral and written presentations

·         Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations 

·         Knowledge of business fundamentals, including project control and client relations

·         General knowledge of preparing proposals

·         Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail

·         Ability to thrive in a multitasking environment
